with Artichoke Hearts
Serves 4 people
1 TONNINO Tuna fillets with Oregano
1 cup coarse mashed potatoes
½ cup artichoke hearts finely chopped
½ cup sour cream
2 tbsp fresh basil finely choppe
1 tsp. fresh oregano finely chopped
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1. Mix the mashed potatoes with the chopped artichoke hearts, add the sour cream, herbs and olive oil.
2. Mix with the tuna at the end so it doesn't break too much.
3. Toast some bread and serve!
