3 spoons of olive oil
4 or 5 large cloves garlic, finely minced
2 spoons of capers
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
One jar of Tonnino Tuna with Capers and Garlic
The juice of 1 fresh lime
2 tablespoons dry sherry (may be substituted with dry white wine)
1 teaspoon paprika

For garnish:
Chopped parsley

To serve:
Sliced bread to soak the sauce

time: 20 to 30 minutes approximately
Place a skillet on medium heat to warm the olive oil. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for about 1 minute. Remove away from the heat, (lime on a hot surface may splatter) and add the lime juice, sherry, capers and paprika. Stir well, and then sauté, season to taste with salt and pepper; and then add the Tonnino Tuna with Garlic, cook for a minute, turn of the heat and serve. Sprinkle with parsley and hand out with plenty of bread to taste the sauce.
