What if frappe wine might be the next big thing? Well, taking a little pick into the Vinum Vita blog, we found out of a really interesting hypothesis obtained from an experiment of Nathan Myhrvold: A blender may enhance some red wines’ flavor. So, whether it is a $9 bottle or a 1982 Château Margaux, watch the explanatory video and if you’re convinced enough, maybe you’ll end up doing the trial yourself. Cheers!
